Post subject: User Accounts window is empty
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>windowsxp>security_admin (more info?)

I believe I have read just about every thread on this problem in this
discussion group.
My problem is that when I try to open User Accounts that a window pops open
and it is empty. The title of the window however is
res://C:\windows\system32\nusrmgr.cpi/nusrmgr.hta .

I do have mshta.exe located in C:\windows\system32 and lusrmgr.msc works in
the Run prompt. I also ran scf/scannow

I have also loaded the jbscript.dll and vbscribt.dll into the registry.

Nothing seems to work! Any further ideas would be a great help.

Thanks in advance.
